Ledra College knows how important it is to feel safe and comfortable when you are away from home, that is why we aim to provide you with high quality accommodation conveniently situated within walking distance from the college, in safe, clean residential areas where you can go home at the end of your college day and either study, have friends over or just relax.
The College advises International students who will not be using College accommodation to find suitable housing within a short distance from the College to avoid transportation expenses. The accommodation and living expenses mentioned above have been calculated on the basis of standard college accommodation with at least two students sharing one bedroom. The usual living arrangements for students are typically 6 students sharing a 3-bedroom furnished apartment/house or four students sharing a 2-3 bedroom apartment house with kitchen, sitting room and bathroom.
Electricity and water is usually included in the college accommodation rent. The expenses shown above aim to provide you with a general guideline of the average monthly and annual expenses you are most likely to have. However, expenses like food, leisure, clothing and transport may vary a great deal depending on the needs and life style of each student.
The above is an approximate calculation estimated for 4 students sharing a two-bedroom apartment. These figures may vary according to student needs and quality of life.
